"Super cozy and delicious!"

We attended the Vietnamese cooking workshop. It was easy to follow and fun to make and try new dishes. It was nice that David took the time to explain everything in English for the people who didn't speak Dutch. Highly recommended! "

Our mission

Our mission is to make Vietnamese cuisine accessible to everyone. We often notice that our guests think that:

  1. Vietnamese cuisine is extremely difficult
  2. Vietnamese cuisine is only for advanced cooks
  3. Vietnamese cuisine takes a long time
  4. Vietnamese sauces should be bought at supermarkets

  • With our 3,5 hour Vietnamese cooking class we want to show you that Vietnamese cuisine can be very accessible, even for novice cooks.
  • Furthermore, we are happy to show you how you can cook several Vietnamese dishes in less than 2 hours.
  •   We use ingredients that are available everywhere, and the Vietnamese sauces are made 'from scratch'.

"Super educational, fun and delicious experience!"

For my friend's birthday we did a Vietnamese cooking workshop with David. After a short introduction about himself, his past, family, and how he started cooking, he broadly talked about the ingredients we would be working with.

Together with him we made some delicious Vietnamese dishes; fresh spring rolls, and the famous Pho Bo, among others. During the cooking he guided us in our cooking technique, he showed us everything neatly before we were allowed to try it ourselves and afterwards we ate our works of art.

    Overall, great!
