A Korean cooking class with well-known Korean dishes such as Kimchi, Bulgogi (grilled beef), Godeungeo-mujorim (braised mackerel), Doenjang-jjigae (fermented soybean paste stew), Japchae (stir-fried sweet potato noodles with vegetables), Korean omelettes and salads takes 3, 5 hours.
During our Korean cooking class you will first learn about the taste, aroma, history, use and combinations of the most important ingredients in Korean cuisine.
Then you will learn how to prepare a complete Korean meal with the other cooking class participants.
Finally, you will enjoy the delicious dishes that you have cooked yourself, bon appetit!
We always take into account everyone's dietary requirements and allergies.
