

A Japanese cooking class with traditional Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi and tonkotsu takes about 3.5 hours.
During our Japanese cooking workshop you will first learn about the taste, smell, history, use and combinations of the most important ingredients from Japanese cuisine.
Then you will learn how to make an authentic miso soup, how to roll sushi and prepare sashimi. Important elements are sushi-grade fish and the perfect preparation of Japanese sushi rice .
Last but not least, you will enjoy the delicious dishes that you have cooked yourself, enjoy your meal!
We always take into account everyone's dietary requirements and allergies.
The group is divided into small groups of 2 people. Each group cooks 2 Japanese dishes. At the end of the cooking workshop a full Japanese meal has been cooked, enjoy dinner!
