Our mission

Our mission is to make Indian cuisine accessible to everyone. We often notice that our guests think that:

  1. Indian cuisine is extremely difficult
  2. Indian cuisine is only for advanced cooks
  3. Indian cuisine takes a long time
  4. Indian spice mixtures are hard to make

  • With our 3,5 hour Indian cooking class we want to show you that Indian cuisine can be very accessible, even for novice cooks.
  • Furthermore, we are happy to show you how you can have butter chicken, matar paneer, gobi ki sabzi and dal on the table in less than 2 hours.
  • We use ingredients that are available everywhere, and the spice mixtures and gravy are made 'from scratch'.
