An Indian cooking workshop with well-known Indian restaurant and homestyle dishes such as butter chicken, matar paneer, gobi ki sabzi and dal takes 3.5 hours.
During our Indian cooking workshop you will first learn about the flavours, aroma's, history, use and combinations of the most important ingredients in Indian cuisine.
Then you will learn how to make an authentic butter chicken, how to make paneer and matar paneer, and how to prepare paratha / roti / naan among other dishes.
Finally, you will enjoy the delicious dishes that you have cooked yourself, bon appetit!
We always take into account everyone's dietary requirements and allergies.
The group is divided into groups of 2 people. Each group cooks 2 Indian dishes and at the end of the cooking class you will eat an extensive Indian dinner together.
